The very few times I ever needed to use this, it was pretty darn quick at healing any issue we had. I love this stuff. I would buy this over drugstore brands.

I'll start by saying this cream definitely works well... But ugh, the smell! I only reach for it if my baby has an angry looking diaper rash appear and I want to knock it out quickly. Otherwise I use a different brand with no chemical odor!

This stuff gets the job done. One in the diaper bag, and one on our changing table. Thick and spreads easy. Provides a great moisture barrier as wells

The desitin maximum strength was always my go to die diaper rash when the regular blue desitin was not strong enough. I would say after a few applications my daughters diaper rash would go away.
