This is the best cream for diaper rash! It works to keep rash away as well as to get rid of a rash that is tiny or large. I love the consistency and it really helps to relieve rashes that are already there! I recommend this product!

Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste is my go to diaper cream for a hot beach day! This product goes on thick and really works to keep my baby's bottom dry and protected even while in a bathing suit. Definitely recommend it!

Works amazingly. Worked much better than the original for my babies butt. Layer it on thick! I always make sure no skin is showing and that seems to help the results.

I gave this 4 stars because it’s not my favorite or go to diaper rash cream. What I do like about this cream is that it does help with diaper rash, it’s not too expensive and you can find it at almost any store.

This product is super quick and effective. In my experience, it gets rid of a diaper rash within a day or two and only one or two applications. It's very cheap and definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it if you have children in diapers.

This stuff does not mess around! It seriously stays where you put it, and works really well. I never felt the need to get the rapid version, because this worked well for my daughter.
