Works wonderfully! Only cons for me that I really disliked was the fact that was messy and would stay on her skin after many wipes and diaper changes later

Thicker than the original, works just as good. Prevented rashes and immediately relieved pain for the existing ones. Fast acting, fast healing. I would definitely suggest this for any moms to be.

I don't like the smell, but it really works great for diaper rashes. I've tried a few other brands before turning to this one. I know it's so individual, but this one worked the best for my baby

When my daughter's diaper rashes get bad the only rash cream that helps sooth it is Desitin. We always keep some on hand in case she has a flair up. We've been using this since she was a newborn.

It only took one day for my daughters diaper rash to go away when I used this stuff. I haven't had to use it very much but the time I did it worked well.

Desiring Max Strength is the ONLY product that cures my little boy’s diaper rash! We tried so many products and this is the only one that worked for him.

With a 3 1/2 year old and 5 month old, to this day this is still my favorite diaper cream! The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to wash off my hands (good for baby bottoms tho!)

I'll start by saying this cream definitely works well... But ugh, the smell! I only reach for it if my baby has an angry looking diaper rash appear and I want to knock it out quickly. Otherwise I use a different brand with no chemical odor!
