This is not my go to, but it's a decent read cream. It didn't have any strong fragrance which is important. I guess it depends on the rash. This does stay in place and had a water barrier. So it keeps protecting which is great.

Immediate relief. I like this one as well but the ingredients seems to be a lot more and not sure if it’s the best in terms of natural. But it gets the job done.

I love desitin. My daughter doesn’t get diaper rashes a lot but when she does I put the maximum strength on it and it goes away over night! It is very affordable and I would definitely recommend this to other moms/soon to be mothers

Her diaper rash is literally gone in a couple of hours! Once I apply it to my daughter she instantly feels the cooling of the ointment and enjoys it haha.

Always worked great at getting rid and preventing diaper rash. Works quickly to heal as well. We got a huge container for my first child and used it on him & our second. Literally lasted 3 yrs.

Seems to relive pain when my daughter is hurting from having a rash. Like that it is while and thick. You can see where you out it and it stays put between changes to protect from the urine.

Use this as a tried and true barrier for painful diaper rashes. It helps keep the irritation down and the already irritated skin from further irritation.

I’ve always used desitin for diaper rashes since the day my baby was born and it’s always cleared everything right up. My daughter is 2.5 and she rarely gets diaper rash anymore but it still helps more than anything

It stays on even after a soiled diaper. It's also maximum strength so it does what it's supposed to do. It gets rid of the rash even if it's pretty bad.
