If my baby has an actual rash, this is my go to. I work in a Level 3 NICU and this is what we use in the hospital. Smooth texture, but gives great coverage and stays put. Very effective and reasonably priced!

I thought it worked very well for taking care of the rash. I was weary because im always afraid of something making a rash worse but it didn't. I wouldn't do anything to improve. I've used aquaphor with similar results.
