My daughter hardly ever got diaper rashes, but when she did I would use the maximum strength desitin and it would get rid of the rash quickly. It soothes her and stopped the pain from her diaper rash.

This diaper cream works better on active rashes than anything else I have tried. It is thick enough that it really costs the bottom and protects it from moisture, and it will heal most rashes within a day or two.
