This is great. It is thick and stays on while the diaper is on so the rash can have some time to be penetrated with this. I find that my child’s rash is cured faster when using this.

Product is easy to use a different easy to get off your finger tips. Doesn't leave a residue or cause further irritation. It was also fairly effective at helping with diaper rash

While Desitin is an effective diaper rash cream, it’s thick consistency makes it difficult to cleanly wipe from baby’s bum and sometimes causes more irritation. We use it interchangeably alongside petroleum jelly for our babe!
