Would never use anything else if I had a choice. Her diaper never gives her a rash if we use desitin. Before a long car ride we lather it on and she is so happy. No fussing.

This cream is really good stuff, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it is not organic. But other than that I have no complaints. It gets the job done!
