Honestly, my children would get diaper rash pretty quickly when little babies and this worked the best to get rid of it the quickest! I tried others, but they took longer to get rid of their diaper rash.

Desitin works great on babies, little bottom. A thick paste helps keep urine away from babies bottom. The tube it comes 8n makes it easy to put in needed area with out wasting.
