We always use at the first sight of redness and have never had any rash issues and I truly believe it’s because we always use this at the first sight of redness.

This diaper rash cream is the best I use it for my daughter whenever she is red down there and it works wonders:) I have used many other ones but this one is the best.

Oh desitin! You can’t ever go wrong with this one. Desitin lasts and lasts. You can smear a little on your little baby’s bum and you don’t have to worry about a red tush later on. Definitely a smart choice for new moms!

Haven't really needed it much but we do use it for bedtime since she does sleep through the night and we do not want her to get a rash. So far it has worked well. We wake up with a full diaper but no rash
