Works wonders! Although it feels kind of gross on your finger, it works wonders for your baby. Usually the rash will be gone within one day, and/or night! It does not come off easy, so you do not have to keep reapplying it! 5/5 would recommended to every parent!!

I like this product ut works good my daughter just recently had a really bad rash and it worked in a couple days i havent tried others yet because this one did the trick. It definitely helped make her feel more better yes i would recommend this to others. 

Great product for diaper rash. Cleared my daughter up quickly.  It's very soothing, and great price.  Couldn't ask for a better product at a great price.  It's priced great compared to other diaper medicines on the market.  I recommend to any parent with a child in diapers.

We found this to be the only diaper rash cream that really helps when our little guy is sensitive down there. Within a day or two his butt rash is gone and he feels much better! It is thick and easy to apply. I keep this in stock at our home and recommend it

Super great. It's just so easy to apply. It works fast but the cream makes a white mess and it's difficult to take off. But I don't care it works. I have used it with my 3 kids and it has never fail me. Works for adults to, one day I got a rash with my pants and used it, know it's my cream and my kids to.

This stuff does wonders for clearing up diaper rash in a short amount of time! Yes, it’s very thick and sometimes hard to get off of your fingers, but it works so well that it’s all worth it! I used the blue tube for a while, but I much prefer the purple tube for any diaper rash treatment!

Of course , the one and only diaper paste we use. Thankfully our little girl doesn't get severe butt rashes , but when she does, this is what always makes it disappear! Within hours it's gone. I love how easy it is to apply and how much it helps! My little girl literally sighs with RELIEF , When this is applied , beyond grateful for this paste !

GREAT STUFF!! I reach for this every time he has any redness in his diaper area. I honestly only ever have to apply it once and within the next diaper change the redness is gone!! Super affordable if you enjoy a happy rash free baby like i do üíì love

It' good cream, clears rashes up within a couple days. The consistency is great it doesn't smear off after putting on a diaper. My son has sensitive skin and is prone to diaper rashes so desitin is our go to rash cream it's gentle on his skin so there's never a worry of more irritation. I prefer the blue rapid relief over the purple cream but both work very well!

Desitin is by far my first go to when it comes to diaper rashes. Less than 24hrs and you see nearly a 100% improvement. It does build up however so before applying again make sure the area is clean. In the summer it can cause more harm than good I feel.
