I bought a huge tub of this same Desitin for my son when he was 6 months old. He's a year old now and I still have about half of it left! My son had some pretty gnarly rashing when I had originally bought it and after a couple uses, he was completely healed up. I still use it here and there to keep rashes away. I've used two other name brand creams and a store brand diaper rash cream or two, but nothing touched the effectiveness of the Desitin. Absolutely worth the money, 10/10.

this is the ONLY rash cream you'll ever need being a new parent having kids and babies. this stuff really does work amazing and very fast. keep applying everytime the kid goes potty and you don't need a huge amount. easy to take off, kind of water proof so it doesn't come off on everything or doesn't come off if you wipe it softly. I like the smell. great price for a great product.

This is my go to diaper rash treatment as it clears up most rashes within hours and prevents it from spreading and getting worse. It is easy to spread and easy to clean off my hands when im finished applying. I would reccomend this to any parent struggling with diaper rash.

Works good at creating a barrier so rash does not become worse. Also help to clear up any diaper rash within a few days. Does not have a fragrance to it which is good and it does not cost much. If I do not have our favorite diaper cream then I use this.

This is my favorite diaper rash ointment. It is very thick and therefore protects the skin from moisture. Also, it clears the rash or redness in one or two days from my experience. I've used it with both of my kids and highly recommend it over the blue one.

Great product for diaper rash! This is a must to have on hand. When my nephews were first born, their skin was so sensitive so this thick cream served as a barrier between their soft skin and the diaper. It's also hypoallergenic so didn't have any reactions!

As all babies, my little one has sensitive skin which can be easily irritated by frequent diaper changes… which are simply necessary at her age! This is the best. I’m still getting through my baby shower stash where I was also gifted Aquaphor baby diaper cream + balmex. Neither of the aforementioned are nearly as effective as Desitin.

This is the ONLY diaper rash cream I use . I love this stuff , my daughter uses the bathroom a lot and always has rashes and this cures it within MINUTES , she can be bright red and when I put this on for a few minutes it can start to clear up already it’s amazing stuff !

My preemie got a terrible rash from both of the name brands who sell preemie diapers in stores. This cleared it right up and helped prevent it. We still use it once in awhile if she gets a random rash. Would definitely recommend!

Anytime we had a really bad rash (which luckily wasn’t not often), using this especially overnight always helped my kids heal better. Highly recommend. It was like instant relief for the kids and would just get better overtime
