This is my go to diaper rash cream! We've used a ton if different kinds due to my daughter's sensitive skin. We've bought the expensive ones that have like half an ounce and all the way dosn to the cheapest. This one is the most affordable and bang for your buck. It works every time to kick out diaper rash and I love the smell. 

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both if my boys had food intolerances which led to TERRIBLE diaper rashes. This is the ONLY thing that healed them without making it hurt worse! Other creams would burn them, but this actually soothed and healed the bleeding rash in very minimal time!

Desitin is one of the most reliable products for diaper rash, with good reason.  My kids are all redheads with sensitive skin, and once they start solids, they really need a good cream to keep their skin clean and fresh.  I have relied on Desitin for years, and it quickly heals and restores their skin.  Highly recommended.

So far this has done the job for my sensitive baby’s diaper rashes. If you can get past the smell and the hard to clean part then you’re good. For me it’s all about my baby’s welfare so it does what is advertised. It’s perfect protection for over night or long trip (shipping) usage! I just lather it on and go.
