GREAT STUFF!! I reach for this every time he has any redness in his diaper area. I honestly only ever have to apply it once and within the next diaper change the redness is gone!! Super affordable if you enjoy a happy rash free baby like i do üíì love

I’ve tried many other butt creams before this one and they just would never work the way I needed them to. Once I was told to use this brand, I got it and literally the first day I used it on my daughter I saw a significant change in her rash that would not go away with any other products. I use the desirability tunes over the tub because I find it less messy. I find the product perfect for acting like a barrier for your child to protect the skin at night. I use it ever night for my son because we are still in diapers. Is your having trouble with a rash on your Child from him using the bathroom in the night time I would try this for sure. It has worked for us and help out tremendously.

Tried and true, we keep this near our changing station and in a diaper bag at all times. This helps prevent and treat diaper rash just as it should. A good reliable product. Very thick formula helps to create a barrier which helps with pain when they already have a rash. Destin extra strength has really helped my kids from having diaper rash. I only had to use it a few times and the rash cleared up. Theres nothing that needs to be changed about desitin extra strength. I could tell from 1 use that my baby was feeling soothed.

I only use the purple container because it is the best. It clears up diaper rash quickly, within a couple hours I feel like my sons bottom is clearer and less red. I also use it on my 3 year old when she doesnt wipe well on her bottom. This product is wonderful I recommend to all parents

It works. My little one actually got a yeast rash which I never had to experience with the others and it helped south and heal with the help of an anti fungal cream of course. I use it anytime he gets a little red and I‚Äôm not joking by the next diaper change it has soothed the redness. It‚Äôs magic. Lol 

Great product! It work fast, it last long and super affordable. I more than met my expectations. It doesn't have a weird smell like some other cream. It does not necessarily say for sensitive skin, but it worked wonders on my baby with super sensitive skin condition.

This product works wonders for my little one.  She regularly gets rashes on her bottom in the summer months from sweating and this helps quickly clear it up.  I think one small improvement would be to have a different type of tip for the cream to come out of as it is very easy to get around the lid, which can cause the lid to not close properly.

I’ve used this on my other 2 kids when they were in diapers, and works best for them. Every other product I’ve tried couldn’t compare to this one. It’s not to pricey at all. I do plan to use this on my son if he ever catches a rash when he’s born.
