We raised 3 kids in the 90s and have always sworn by Desitin as the unquestionably best diaper ointment. Our babies never had diaper rash for very long, if at all. But now we have a grandson, and he screams when we put Desitin on! So my wife and I checked, and it turns out Desitin changed the formula! It used to contain cod liver oil, which smelled fishy of course, but the old Desitin was unbeatable. They may have changed other ingredients as well. This new Desitin is horrible. It doesn't adhere to the skin or provide a barrier to wetness like the old one. Our grandson hates it. He won't let us come near him with it. Do some research; There are better products out there.

I have used maximum strength desitin for years and love it. I however do not want to buy the small tubes instead of the convenient economical large tub. Please bring it back or I will look for an alternative brand. The regular desitin does not cut it and will not be bought as a replacement. Help a momma out!! :)

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE DESITIN PRODUCT EVER! It is a bit thicker than the regular DESITIN, and A LOT THICKER than any other diaper rash cream I've ever tried. Goes on smoothly, great coverage, and works FAST!! There's nothing worse than a diaper rash cream that takes days to heal. This will heal that little bum in literally hours!!

It works. My little one actually got a yeast rash which I never had to experience with the others and it helped south and heal with the help of an anti fungal cream of course. I use it anytime he gets a little red and I‚Äôm not joking by the next diaper change it has soothed the redness. It‚Äôs magic. Lol 

This baby cream is super good, I use it on my baby and it gives good results, it is very effective, and the ingredients are excellent, the texture is soft, this product is especially for babies, it is applied to the affected area and also for daily use, the price is affordable, I recommend it for its safety.

This has done so well with my twin sons. They were both having horrible diaper rashes that were not going away. My pediatrician recommended I use this. It's super thick, like wallpaper paste. But it really lasts a good while and has been really helpful to prevent future rashes

I use this cream when the original one doesn’t work. It clears the rash up pretty fast. It’s a thick paste and doesn’t just come off easily. It sticks pretty well. Smells good and the babies don’t mind it. Would recommend it if all other fail.

So far this has done the job for my sensitive baby’s diaper rashes. If you can get past the smell and the hard to clean part then you’re good. For me it’s all about my baby’s welfare so it does what is advertised. It’s perfect protection for over night or long trip (shipping) usage! I just lather it on and go.

Awesome diaper rash cream. Litteral in one diaper change it healed 70% of my daughters diaper rash. She is very prone to getting rashes easy and I was given this cream for my baby shower and once I used it.i never had a need to try any other diaper rash cream.

So far from all of the diaper rash creams I have used this one is the best in my opinion. It never fails to do its job and seems to soothe my daughter as well. :) I have no cons to list only Pros.  It is the best thing around when it comes to diaper rash creams.
