Smells great and it is gentle on my daughters skin... I purchase it quite often. I feel like my daughter is always save using this product. Rashes go away within an hour of putting it on. I have been purchasing Johnson products for 17 years now and will continue.

Great product. It works very fast and is very effective. I enjoy using the product as it doesn't leave a oily residue like other diaper rash creams. its very thick which i love because i think it helps make the product stay on the skin and not get all over the diaper.

Desitin is my second-favorite baby rash diaper cream I think it's good for babies who have sensitive skin but also does the trick I seen that it works great if you put a little on when you first see the diaper rash coming or actually every time you change the baby's diaper to actually prevent it you know you don't need a whole lot just a little tiny down for that and I guess that's all I can really say about it

The Desitin Maximum strength diaper rash cream solves the diaper rash problem for my baby, but the smell of the petroleum contained in the product is overwhelming. Because of that smell, I only use it when it is an absolute necessity. Instead, I try to use different products to avoid him getting diaper rash in the first place. My grandmother always said, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!" I still make sure I keep Desitin in the diaper bag and changing station though.

My daughter got a horrible diaper rash one night. She was so red & raw & we couldn’t figure out why (turns out it was the mango tangerine juice we gave her, no more citrus drinks!). We had several creams that we had from our baby shower & samples from our baby registry. We were using an all-natural brand most of the time, but for this rash, it had no oomph. I went through our stash & found the desitin & VOILA!! The relief came & within 24-hours she was so much better. Now I won’t use anything but!

I love the desitin. I also use my aloe plant on my kids to also help relieve the rash or redness. But the desitin seems to work better for the rash. It has always been my go to product for my kids. It works much better than the other brands of diaper creams!

This is a great product. Whenever my daughter starts getting a bit red down there we put on an application and redness is gone the next day. Recommended by my doctor and it's great! Very affordable. Very satisfied with this company and their products.

I thought this product was very thick and goopy. It did not have the same smoothness as the equate or Aldi brands. The smell is very offensive as well. It worked for what it is, but my other complaints warranted the four star review. Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste

I tried so many diaper rash creams when my baby was teething which caused diarrhea and a very red bum, but none of them worked! I was recommended to use one with as much zinc oxide in it and chose Desitin and I absolutely love it!! Cleared all diaper rashes right up! I always buy this for every new mother now!
