Desitin is a staple in our house. We are on our second baby and there is literally no other diaper rash ointment that works better or quicker than this. It’s also very gentle so when we do get the diaper rashes, it doesn’t hurt our baby when applying it.

This is our favorite product to use for our babies when they have diaper rashes. It is very effective in treatment for baby. The cream has a good texture, is easy to apply, and lasts a long time. I noticed redness starting to fade after just one use, and within a day the skin looked so much better. It doesn’t have an overpowering smell and wipes off fairly easily during diaper changes. It’s a decently thick pace that goes on and melts right into the skin. Doesn’t irritate My Sons skin either and he has sensitive skin as it is. The smell is honestly not all that bad compared to other creams !

This does the job! Its thick and heavy - I use a spatula with it and its kinda hard to rinse/ wash from the spatula but thats because it has a high amount of zinc oxide and guess what, the high content makes the diaper rash dry and it goes away in ONE day!
