I’ve tried many other butt creams before this one and they just would never work the way I needed them to. Once I was told to use this brand, I got it and literally the first day I used it on my daughter I saw a significant change in her rash that would not go away with any other products. This is a great brand and I definitely recommend it to any parent who is wondering which product will help their child quickly!

I have tried a few different products for my little one and this was the only thing that seemed to work long term. It took the rash away and kept it away. The price is very reasonable. Doesn‚Äôt have an overwhelming scent. Not very thick making it easy to apply. 

This is an old time classic. On the market for years and rightfully so, powerful and able to tackle the worst of worst when it comes to rashes. I have 9 children and anytime I’ve ever needed diaper rash cream this is my go to without a doubt. It’s thick and gets the job done. Within a few hours or overnight rash is cleared up and baby is a happy camper again. Gentle on the skin, affordable. Only diaper cream I trust!

My son gets diaper rashes a lot Since his skin is so sensitive I panicked and when he first got his first diaper rash I panicked then I went for the purple jar! I generously applied the cream and within 2 days the rash was completely gone. It was just a miracle worker and relief!

The max strength Desitin is seriously like the best thing ever. When I use this product on my children almost always the rash is gone the next day. It is the only kind that I like to use. It is very thick so it provides a great barrier for the skin to protect it while the ingredients work their magic. It has a very light scent. I 1000000% recommend this product if you have not tried it yet.

I absolutely love this stuff, especially as a first time mom my in-laws got me the big container of it and a little goes a long way and I use this on my son before he has a rash so almost every other diaper change I put this on his butt to help prevent a diaper rash.

This diaper rash cream is great! I have used it on both of my children and I don't want to use anything else. It works quickly and effectively. It is smooth going on, and stays on really well. I would recommend this product for anyone with kids, especially if they have diaper rashes frequently.

Not my favorite product in terms of ingredients and harsh chemicals. However, it for the job done when my son had the worst rash ever. I had a sample size of it from the doctor but bought the full size for emergency rashes. My son would also suffer from heat rashes and this would help relieve the rash.
