My babies rarely had any diaper rash, and I didn’t believe my mother in law when she said that Desitin would make it go away quickly and help soothe their little bottoms. The first time I needed it, I was annoyed at first how it seemed to get everywhere but holy cow, by the next diaper change all the redness was gone! The smell bugs me a little but it’s a small price to pay for a happy baby.

I never go anywhere without this for my baby. The trick is after cleaning her bum with wipes, i use a tissue to dry her bottom before putting the cream. This makes the cream stick to the skin and it creates a barrier between the diaper and skin. Ive tried other creams but Desitin max worked best for by baby.

I’m so disappointed that the tub has been discontinued. I always recommended this product to my patients because it worked. It also is the only cream that works for my daughter. The tubes are aweful and wasteful. It’s extremely difficult to get the cream out. The rapid relief doesn’t work. I’m looking for another product. Please bring it back.

i love desitin i use it it with Johnson powder i put a good amount of desitin and some powder and the next day the rash is gone i have used this for my daughter when she was a baby and now for my son because i believe this product works really well and will continue to use it with my future children

Amazing product! Not to harsh on my daughters very senstive skin ! Works wonders. My daughter cant use any other diaper cream besides this one ! I would recommend this product to any parent ! Only diaper rash cream I swear by ! Love love looooveee it ! 

This is a great product. It's safe to use multiple times and days in a row if needed. It's not cheap but pretty reasonable. It's easy to get out of the bottle and is easy to apply. My daughter didn't mind this when I had to use it. Overall I would use this again.

Destin is always a great diaper rash cream in my opinion. But for those extra rough diaper rashes, I go for a triple paste or a vaseline based ointment. I use destin for the milder diaper rashes. I'd definitely reccomend it as a go to. But I have 5 children and have seen some pretty gnarly diaper rashes in my day. So I would definitely reccomend a triple paste or vaseline based ointment for the rougher rashes. Especially when baby is sick! 

Desitin is the product we keep on-hand for toddler butt emergencies!  They're fewer and farther between as The Boy gets older, but we always have a tube in the house just in case.  Nothing's more reliable at covering and protecting the affected area.

This stuff works wonders ! We brought our baby girl home from the hospital and she had a terrible rash ! We put some of this on her over night and the next morning could already tell a tremendous difference! Recommend to all new mamas to have for first time babies and so on .

Works extremely well. I find the purple maximum strength to be our favorite. We used it daily as opposed to only when a rash occurs. It keeps our baby happy and tash free. Highly recommend both the purple and blue desitin for daily use. It works for us!
