The maximum strength Desitin paste is by far the BEST butt paste ever. It keeps those daily breakouts to a minimum and when we have a real bad rash, this is the only thing that helps. We keep several bottles in stock and the daycare uses ONLY this because it works so well for them too. 

This is the best diaper cream I have came across, when my son was smaller he would get a diaper rash quite often and it made him heal more quickly than any other brand. Desitin doesn't compare to any of the other brands. If you are searching for a diaper rash cream this is the one to buy.

PLEASE PLEASE bring back the 16 oz original tub!!!! I’ve been going crazy for a month trying to find it only to just learn it’s been discontinued. Why???? It’s the only cream that has worked for my kids’ diaper rashes and having to use that small tube is so inconvenient! I am so disappointed.

This is a must-have for baby’s behind. I’ve used it with 3 kiddos and it always amazed me how quickly it would clear up diaper rashes. Not fun to get off your hands so I highly recommend a diaper spatula! Game changer! Great price point as well and low scent for little noses.

In my opinion, it's the best product. It's thick and stays on no matter how hard they play! I have a 15 month old and you can tell this gives him instant relief. It's inexpensive and can be found everywhere. Also works for adults when you have irritation.

If my daughter gets a rash I use Destin maximum strength for one day and the rash is immediately gone. It is a thick barring ointment. It can get stuck under your nails. It does take a little bit of time to wash off so I use a qtip or I put the ointment on a napkin or toilet paper the rub it on her skin.
