[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth, like many people I know, can be sensitive to temperature changes, especially very cold things (ice water, ice cream, etc.) I've been using Sensodyne Rapid Relief in Mint for a couple of weeks now, and have actually noticed a difference in the sensitivity of my teeth. I do still notice a slight tingle in my teeth when drinking something cold, but it isn't one that sets me on edge like I used to experience at times. If you've used a "standard" toothpaste, the taste of this one will be a little different (not as minty as I'm used to), but I've grown accustomed to it with use. For anyone who experiences tooth sensitivity with temperature changes, give Sensodyne Rapid Relief toothpaste a try.

i bought this product to hopefully help with my gums as well as the sensitivity. i seem to be having the same problem as a lot of other people. i usually get canker sores with the changing of the seasons, but this time i got way more than i usually do. i just dealt with the pain/discomfort, but after all the sores mostly healed i noticed my tongue was also numb. i assumed this may be a side effect from a sore under my tongue, but that was not the case. this product left left my tongue feeling numb/ almost burnt, and i also noticed that the corners of my mouth seem to be more dry. this toothpaste is really the only thing i changed in my daily routine. i would warn others about this product.

Sensodyne Repair and Protect Whitening helps my teeth to not be sensitive to cold drinks or ice cream. Before I would get some pain when drinking cold drinks. I also don't mind the taste of the toothpaste. And the whitening does help since I drink coffee.

I wanted to love this product. It's definitely helped with my teeth sensitivity, but it doesn't do anything in the whitening realm. I give this product a 4 star review because it does most of what it claims too. The paste is a mint flavor and doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth. I would recommend sensodyne to others as a brand, but I feel like the whitening aspect is missing.

I have always had sensitive teeth, and tried this product in an attempt to combat that. I prefer minty toothpaste, so this product didn’t leave me with that fresh-brushed feeling. I also didn’t notice distinct improvements with sensitivity. Probably won’t purchase again

I have sensitive teeth so I decided to try this product. I feel like it doesn't clean my teeth as well since it doesn't bubble up as much or feel as minty fresh as other competitive brands. Bought it once and probably won't buy again, unfortunately. But worth trying if you have sensitive teeth to see if it works for you! Everyone's teeth is different.

This toothpaste really saved me after I had a dental filling about two months ago. I noticed after my fillings I started to experience sensitive teeth that I’ve never had before, and I started to use sensodyne to help me. It didn’t completely cure me, but it helped stop a lot of the pain when I would try to eat or drink!

I’ve had sensitivity issues ever since having some dental work done several years ago, and this is the only toothpaste I can use that not only doesn’t cause pain but actually helps cure my sensitive teeth. It also leaves my mouth and breath feeling fresh and smelling good which some sensitive toothpastes don’t do. I will continue to purchase Sensodyne over and over as long as they continue to make it! (Which better be forever! Haha!)

For sensitive teeth, this product is better than your average brands. However, if you’re going to go the sensitive toothpaste route, I would suggest the pronamel version over this one. I wouldn’t recommend this product, only because I know there’s another product in their line that seems to work better.

Ever since I was pregnant with our child (who is now 2 years of age), I have had tooth and gum sensitivity that has increased throughout the years. I kept going back to my dentist saying something HAD to be wrong on one side of my mouth. After several deep cleanings and multiple x-rays of things coming back normal and being told "you must just have sensitive teeth...there's nothing we can do about it", it began to get even worse. It got to the point where I couldn't even eat a room temp banana or drink room temp water, nothing that wasn't warm without pain. With frustration, I visited my dentist again and had more imaging done to find that still, everything was normal. I saw an ad for sensodyne rapid relief and jumped on it. After one week of use, I was (for the first time in years) able to eat ice cream, drink water with ice in it, anything I wanted completely pain-free. I went back to my dentist yesterday and told them all about this product. They were so excited for me and said they would pass along the good word to their patients with sensitivity like mine! I will continue to buy this toothpaste and recommend it to anyone!
