I have very, very sensitive teeth. I also don't have very white teeth, so I decided to try this. It was super gentle on my teeth and didn't cause any pain or hot/cold sensitivity like some other whitening toothpastes have done. I didn't see much improvement with the whitening at first, it took a couple months. Overall, good for sensitive teeth, iffy on the whitening part.

To my surprise, there were approx. 20 different kinds within the sensodyne family - most of which had the exact same ingredients - which made it very difficult (and confusing) to pick one. This is the one I settled on. I don’t have much to say other than that it works as a toothpaste. It doesn’t taste bad. My teeth don’t hurt, but they didn’t hurt prior to using it so I can’t really speak to that. My teeth are whiter, but it is probably the result of whitening treatments rather than the toothpaste. However, I’m sure it’s not hurting.

A must for sensitive teeth!! If I don’t use this toothpaste for even one day my teeth will hurt. My teeth are very sensitive. This toothpaste really helps my tooth sensitivity and as an added bonus it whitens too! Which the whitening is nice because I normally can’t whiten my teeth because it hurts after. I’ve been using this toothpaste for years. Sometimes I go for the regular Sensodyne and sometimes I use the extra whitening version. This toothpaste has helped tremendously with my sensitivity, especially when I use whitening gels in my trays. I will always repurchase Sensodyne.

Sensodyne is the only brand of toothpaste I use. Sometimes my teeth are very sensitive to cold and this is the only toothpaste that consistently helps and my teeth aren’t as sensitive since I’ve been using this. Also I like how it makes my mouth feel fresh after using doesn’t leave a weird film behind.
