Helps with joints

The clubs switched from Osteo MSM to this with Turmeric and it is awful. It provides no joint relief as the previous product did and actually made mine feel worse. I had hopes so I finished the bottle with no relief. I went back to what I used to buy (I purchased from another retailer) and my knees feel better already.

Works well for my minor joint discomfort. When I stopped taking it, I felt the difference.
