I’ve taken these for few months off and on. I can actually feel a difference while taken them. They do take a few days to take affect but they do. Wife also tried them out and she could the difference as well. Really helps with joint pain.

These are pretty large size pills. I can not swallow pills that are horse sized. If you can, then give them a try. Tried for 7 days by cutting them down and experienced no difference.
