I have high hopes for the Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength + Tumeric. I have only take a few doses. The pills are a bit large but I'm willing to try it due to my back pain. I used original Osteo Biflex, I'm 46 and a gym head but dose bones are cracking. D original was fantastic but I mistakenly bought this and felt oh well I might as well use it, 3 weeks down and all my joints are aching. Mind u, I took original osteo biflex once a day, dis I have been taking twice and yet my joints are aching. I'm returning it, hopefully it will be accepted. It's not good...at all

Many review comment said how big the pills were, which worried me. But many said the coating helped swallowing. They are bigger then the vitamin C pills I have that get stuck in my throat frequently. Started taking them January 1st, not one stuck, they slide right down. Now, can I tell a difference in my joints, some. I have been shooting my compound bow again since the beginning of the year, and I feel no pain in my shoulder, which usually happens. Hopefully my knees feel improvement also.

These pills are way too large to swallow.
