I've been wanting to try Osteo Bi-Flex for joint pain. I like the addition of the turmeric as it is a natural anti inflammatory. I haven't been taking these for many days so I can't say as of yet if there is drastic improvement, but I look forward to updating the review. The pills don't taste bad and even though they are large they are easy to swallow and digest. You take 2 pills a day so the bottle last almost 3 months. The price is well worth it for healthy joints. I purchased Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength + Turmeric to hopefully improve my joint health. I am excited to see if I can feel a difference in 7 days, like the bottle claims. The caplets are pretty large, so be aware of that if you have trouble with swallowing. I like that they are orange in color to be able to tell which supplement is which one.
