I liked that this product contained turmeric. I eliminated my calcium supplement and replaced it with Bio Flex.

It takes a couple of weeks before you can tell a difference. When you stop taking it for a few days you realize how much it was helping.

I llike Oseto Bi-Flex Tumeric because it helps me move better. If I don't take it I can tell the difference.
