Tums is a must have . I usually carry some in my purse and have on my nightstand. It works effectively and cones on different flavors.

Not sure they even do anything for heartburn but I take it anyway just for any hint of relief , luckily I don’t get heartburn that often

It does its job , still taste like chalk but the tropical flavors help distract from that and they come in different size packages.

While pregnant I had extremely bad heart burn and was refer to Tums from different people and oh gosh didn’t do nothing for me
