3 stars only because they are so chalky and flavorless. It does the job but if your wanting something with flavor i would not go with this one.

Every pregnant lady needs to keep these in her purse. It saved me during my pregnancy. Also works if you like Tex-Mex.

I get a lot of heart burns so this is perfect for me. I'm sure a lot of people have used this before I haven't heard any complaints.

These work great I don't really like the flavor/ texture of tums but when it comes to having heart burn these are my first grab

Can't go wrong with Tums! No other antacid can kill me heartburn like tums. Always go Tums brand, never knock off! Just doesn't work the same.

Works great when I get heartburn! I was also able to take these when I was pregnant and would get it all the time!

Hate hate hate the chalky taste it has. It does provide relief, but such a Hastle to chew on the chalkiness.

I love that this used to help my heartburn during my pregnancy but the flavors are terrible if you have to take it a lot.
