Helps with stomach aches if you can get it down. The taste is not the best and they are very chalky. I was feeling nauseous and took these, (this might be tmi), but it made me vomit.

I generally don’t get heartburn, but I do when I weight cut for my competitions and try to gain back my weight. It helps a lot with my heartburn and in an instance. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Works within minutes and the taste is good. It does leave a little chalky taste in your mouth but it does go away eventually. The cost isn't too bad either.

I keep some sort of tums item in my medicine cabinet at all times. I wish I could do something about the chalky aftertaste but all around great products.
