It's ibuprofen. It does its job? My only complaint or concern is the small dosage. I'm a natural redhead. I need more painkillers than the average person, so something stronger would be nice.

This pain medicine works good but i feel like it doesn’t keep the paint away for as long as it says on the bottle and i don’t wanna have to keep taking pills but it does kill the pain for maybe 2-3 hours tops

I have always had problems with my shoulder and most pain meds semi stop the pain but advil is one of the pain relievers that actually relieves my pain.

Advil is great. It always seems to do the trick while being a light anti pain med. the reason I didn’t give it a5 is because I don’t like the idea of taking pills all together , however, I prefer Advil brand

Advil works great for all my aches and pains! It is very easy to take it and there is a sugar coat so it does not taste bad either! I would definitely recommend this to others.

Love the candy coating, its like youre not even having medicine! It helped relieve the pain after about 30 minutes and lasted awhile. It was effective. I usually only use it for cramps and for headaches (rare).

Advil is the best for any aches and pains. It works very quickly, and knocks out whatever is hurting. Compared to other pain relief brands, it works a lot faster. Overall, i’m very satisfied with this product.

It works. Not sure about harmful effects in the long run, but they say that if you don't take it every single day, you are going to be fine. I hope this is true. I take 800 mg about every 2-3 days for aches and pains. Am I freaking old?
