Advil helps with my pain. I had shoulder surgery and it helped with the pain. You have to have something on your stomach when you take them to avoid a stomach ache

These work pretty well especially when it's that time of the month and I'm cramping. It works within an hour which isn't too bad, I like it as much as Tylenol. It helps that it's inexpensive as well.
