Advil is my go to product for headaches or aches and pains. I always have some on hand.

I find the generic brand equally effective. It does help with my headaches every once in a while

advil is a life saver for cramps or when i am sore it helps abd relieves the pain for a while

Works well for all kinds of pain especially mild headaches I always have some in my cabinet
