Work for whenever I’m sore and need a little boost when theres no time to stretch. Works the same as a generic but seems to last longer

I only take pain meds when I have intense PMS pain. I usually take one or two of these and it does the trick.

Works well not as fast working as the gels but still a great product! Pretty affordable and a stable in my medicine cabinet!

Ibuprofen is great for all types of pain and fever, but gel caps is better. In my case i take advil every month for menstrual cramps
