Great product so I gave it a 5 star but this is not my first go to product when I have a headache just because ibuprofen seems to work better for me

I always take these when I’m having cramps or headaches. It is effective and gets rid of pain for awhile

Average pain reliever, i prefer it to tylenol for fevers as it is more effective as an nsaid. Run of the mill otherwise
