These work pretty well. Sometimes it takes a while for them to start working for me, but when they do, it usually stops any pain that I have.

Advil does a good job to relieve pain for 4 or 6 hours as needed. It usually starts working pretty quickly.

Only thing that I have problems with is anytime I tried to use this product my blood pressure wanted to raise so I had to discontinue use of it.
