I have used Advil almost all my life from cramps to headaches to a stubbed toe. Definately helps alleviate pain.

Doesn't taste bad. Very easy to swallow. Works pretty fast. Overall really great product. Works for both muscle cramps and menstrual cramps.

Advil is another staple in our household and my go-to headache medication. They aren’t hard to swallow and the cap is easy enough to open.

Liquid gels are better, but these are a cheaper option and work just as well. It just may take a little longer to stop any pain.
