This works good for me. I always make sure to take it with food. I used to take the gel capsules but those would give me a stomach ache.

Starts to work within 30 minutes and lasts about 12 hours so don't normally have to take it more then once a day when needed.

advil works really well to alleviate pain. i use it for menstrual cramps, sore throats, back pain... doesn't take too long to kick in either

Advil is my go to whenever I have a strong enough ache or pain that bothers me. Would recommend keeping a bottle at home and at the office
