I tend to avoid taking any medication for aches and pains. This is the standard and my go to whenever a headache is too severe

Advil is a necessity in our house. So much so we buy it in bulk! Great for headaches, toothaches, back pain, and more.

Works great for me. Some times i go for a higher dose depending on my pain. But it’s the only one that works well for me
