It does what it claims to do. It gets rid of aches and pains. Although, it doesn't cure pain from a heartbreak...

Advil is my go to medication for my headaches as well as when I have toothaches it works fast for me which is great

Advil does a pretty decent job at getting rid of head aches this is usually what I grab for or just a regular Ibuprofen
