not very helpful, but just a bit...have to take twice to get the full effect. helped my husband a lot though at the time of his back muscle cramp.

I have had Back surgery and the only thing I can take is Advil and it works great for me. I carry this with me at all times.

Always takes away my pain with no side effects. I am usually sensitive with medicine and it hurts my stomach.
