Not usually my first choice but I think that's just out of habit I dont have a particular brand of pain relief I just will take whatever is available

Good ok regular original advil works for me when nothing else will. Tylenol seems to do nothing for me so I always reach for this .

There are no dosage instructions on the bottle. Who keeps the package it comes in? Also did not help my fever at all.

I use Advil for aches, headaches, cramps, etc.! Within a half hour the pain is gone or drastically reduced!
