I only take as needed for intense arthritic pain or soreness due to working out. Liquid gels are my favorite as they seem to work faster

Not a real big fan of ibuprofen due to upset stomachs but they occasionally help with annoying headaches.

I'm really bad at taking pills but with the candy coating even if it takes a few tries I can usually get it down which allows it to work for my pain.
