This works great. I usually like to use this when I have a headache, cramps or I'm in pain. I like how this is something I can take during the day and get my day going still. It really gets taken care of whatever pain I'm feeling.

Works well for my menstrual cramps, as well as the headaches I seem to get around the same time. Doesn’t upset my stomach if I’ve not had anything to eat before taking it.

If you ever have a head ache then just take some Advil it will be better within minutes . You might have to take some more later to keep it away but it's worth it !

I can’t go with out my Advil and the Arthritis Cap is a game changer. This off the quickest relief and the easy to open packaging makes in even better to get when I’m in a jam!

I get pretty intense period pain and the specific period meds don’t really do much for me at all. This doesn’t totally get rid of the pain but it’s what I reach for most often because it makes it manageable.
