This medicine is easy to find and inexpensive. It gets the job done after my muscles are sore from running. They are also able to be taken orally so they begin working immediately. It can be found in any grocery store.

Advil is a go to for pain relief, fever reducer and for minor headaches. Works pretty well but take a little long to kick in which is why I gave it one less star. Still always must keep it in your cabinet.
