I usually buy store brand Ibuprofen as it's cheaper. Tylenol never works as well for my as this does. This helps with headaches, muscle pain, and deeper aches as well. My go to.

First even tho this is a name brand medication. It doesn't work for me. I find that the generics work better. But don't let that determine your choice it may work for you. Just not me.
