these really help to minimize pain. i play sports and have used them to help mitigate some pain from injuries. they continue to work as long as you don’t take them too often

Advil is my go it all the time. It’s very small and very easy to swallow. Never makes my stomach hurt. The wife always takes this when it’s that time of the month.

We try not to use medicine if we don't need it. Some headaches or body aches just need it tho. I take advil for cramps, headaches and after a long workout. Usually within 30 minutes im feeling better. Always have a bottle of advil in my house.
