I would recommend for people who has not really really bad headaches because i use it a lot and it does not help a lot but it works and i would buy it again :)

I use this very sparingly, but it works! It definitely helps with headaches and cramps, that's when I need it most! I don't even bother with other brands because I've had luck with Advil.

Solid combo of pain relief and caffeine. Generic is fine but this is best, been using it my whole life. Modify the dose to what works for you, within reason of course.

I love the brand name Advil when I'm needing Ibuprofen for a headache or backache. I swear it works better than the generic brands. It's very effective and I always keep some in my purse. I would definitely recommend.

I have always preferred Advil over Tylenol. NSAIDs do much better than Tylenol when dealing with joint aches and pain for me at least. I don't go anywhere without this medication.
