I mean it’s pretty self explanatory anytime I have a headache I like to take Advil, it’s just most convenient. The coating doesn’t taste bad going down either. It keeps my headaches at bay pretty quickly as well.

Advil is excellent for pains. I usually don’t need to take it for more than a day or two for body pain. You want to make sure to not take it for extended periods of time.

Ibuprofen is my go-to for aches and pains. Acetaminophen doesn’t seem to have the same effect for me unless taken in higher dosage. Advil is a must have for period cramps, headaches, and all around pain medication!
