Ibuprofen is my go-to for aches and pains. Acetaminophen doesn’t seem to have the same effect for me unless taken in higher dosage. Advil is a must have for period cramps, headaches, and all around pain medication!

This is a good painkiller. Affordable and I well trusted brand. I don’t have much preference between this and the offbrand however there’s not much price difference therefore I do like buying Advil.

It's ibuprofen. It does its job? My only complaint or concern is the small dosage. I'm a natural redhead. I need more painkillers than the average person, so something stronger would be nice.

Most of the time Advil works for me when I need it. I take 2 gel capsules (super easy to swallow) and then within 10-15 minutes my headache is gone. I find that other pain relievers aren’t enough for my headaches so I always stick with Advil.

These are the best for period cramps! They work better then any other medication I’ve tried. They work quickly and have no side effects. The directions are simple and easy to follow and if taken correctly always helps with the pain.

Great and inexpensive product for pain relief. Fast and effective. I've heard Advil is bad for the liver or something so I don't like taking it too often. But I'd definitely recommend to those looking for some quick relief!

once i take advil i rarely have pain after. its affordable but i wouldn’t say its any better than comparable products. i use it only when its absolutely necessary. im overall satisfied and would recommend
