I usually use Advil when I’m having menstrual cramps. I don’t know if it’s different for everyone, but for me, it usually kicks in about 30 minutes to an hour after I’ve taken it. It’s what I have always used and I’ll continue to use it.

It literally relieves my pain so fast and safely. I don't get sleepy or anything like that i just end up feeling better. Great for those times of the week when your stomach cramps are at it's worst. Definitely recommend.

Love that this tastes like candy going down LOL. Works fast and gets rid of my headaches or body aches for a day without having to take a second dose! It will always be my go to. Have one at home, at work, in my purse, and in my car!!

Only pain reliever I will take. I usually take 2-4 pills depending on the level of pain I have. Within 20 minutes my symptoms are gone. I recommend taking it with food other wise you will get an upset stomach. I always count on Advil.

These are great for the name brand and there are extra. They work a little better than the off brand. Seems like you get your moneys worth when there are extra

I think the product is good but it takes a while before it actually kicks in. It’s not as strong as I would like so I wouldn’t recommend it for relieving cramps, but maybe a mild headache. I will buy it again because it’s affordable and convenient

I take these from time to time for cramps or a headache. I do find that they help. They aren't more or less remarkable than any other pain relief product I've tried.

I have always used this brand no matter what! I have advil in my backpack, cabinet, purse. Everywhere I go I always have it just in case. It works for me whenever I have a headache when it's that time of the month.

I don't use Advil unless I have no other options but it usually doesn't do anything for me and it seems like the more I take it the more it affects my stomach. Not very satisfied

I take it few times a month you when I have pain symptoms . I always try to ear something and to take it pn an empty stomach. Also I try to take it with first symptoms of pain and not to wait when I feel really bad.
