I use this product consistently for headaches, body aches, fever reduction or cramps. It is quick and effective. I keep a small container of them in my purse for unexpected circumstances and always keep a bottle at my house

When I have pain I usually take Advil. It’s supposed to be the same as Tylenol but I’ve hear that Tylenol has some ingredients that is no good for you.

I keep a few in my purse for when I get headaches or pain in the heels of my feet when I’m on my feet for a long time. Within 20 minutes I’m back in action.
