I use this all the time. I get headaches real easy. I get them at work as well. So I will pop a advil and it takes my headache away and it works pretty fast.

Helps with all pain. Usually take 400-600mg as needed for headaches, periods cramps, neck pain etc. anxiety makes my shoulders cramp and this and a heating pad helps the most
