These do the job for any minor headache cramps or pain. As soon as I run out I always go back to the drugstore to get a new one to replace it. It's essential to have especially around that time of the month.

This product is very effective, but the generic versions do the same thing as this. I typically use the generic brand since it’s cheaper and does the same thing.

Advil works well for relief but it is also a pill that is easy on the stomach. Some other pills seem to.be harsh on the intestinal effects but not this one.
