These are my go to for when I have major pain that I just can't handle. The pills are small and easy to swallow. If you take them while you're eating food, they kick in pretty quickly.

There's no better pain reliever than Advil. It brings down swelling and numbs pain. It is highly effective is treating headaches and bumps and bruises. However, your body does tend to build up a tolerance to it so use sparingly if possible.

Advil is a really great product. Not very expensive but still available as generic which is cheaper than brand name. I love the small bottles that are easily kept in backpacks or purses. Pain relief is pretty quick and lasts around 6-8 hours.
