I use this all the time when I’m in pain. I get cramps a lot and take 2. Usually, it takes about 30-45 minutes for it to start working but then my pain is gone for about 4 hours. I constantly buy this.

I've never had any issue with this product. I find it to be effective and work in a timely manner. Advil is sold everywhere so there's never an issue in finding some. I take 81 mg of aspirin daily and don't have an issue
