This product works well when I need to take it for mild cramps during that time of the month or when I have a slight headache. Do not expect any major pain relief if you cut your arm off or something but works well on day to day aches.

Whenever I experience pain, I take an Advil and it usually works very well, taking away the pain within 30min. Works for all kind of pains, muscle, headache, joint - a must have in the medicine cabinet.
